On May 15, the 17th Shenzhen International Battery Technology Exchange Conference/Exhibition was grandly opened at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center (Bao’an). Wuhan Newlas (Booth No.: 9T118) brought four core products to the exhibition, covering power battery welding detection, high-speed flight welding control technology and efficient production solutions. Many industry colleagues came to exchange ideas.
01 NewOCT laser welding penetration detection system: real-time monitoring and precise control of welding quality
The NewOCT laser welding penetration detection system publicly demonstrated its “on-the-fly welding” dynamic detection function for the first time. The system uses high-speed real-time control and high-frequency optical coherence tomography synchronization technology to capture the penetration depth during the welding process within milliseconds and provide real-time feedback to the control terminal. The on-site demonstration of Busbar on-the-fly welding dynamic detection attracted technical representatives from many leading battery companies to stop and discuss.

02 NewScan-3D galvanometer flying welding system: high speed and high precision, improving welding efficiency
The NewScan-3D galvanometer flying welding system achieves the coordinated optimization of welding speed and precision through high-dynamic galvanometer scanning technology. It has the characteristics of fast welding speed, high precision and strong flexibility. With the real-time path planning algorithm, it can quickly complete the welding of square/cylindrical battery modules. Its core technology has obtained a number of independent intellectual property rights, providing efficient and reliable solutions for power battery production.

03 NewFO3 laser brazing welding system: flexible process, adaptable to production line requirements
In response to the welding needs of long welds of dissimilar materials such as aluminum alloy and galvanized steel, the NewFO3 system uses tactile tracking and spot dynamic compensation technology to achieve precise control of the welding process. Its welding head is equipped with a tactile tracking module, which can automatically identify the weld morphology and synchronously adjust the welding trajectory to ensure the stability of long-length continuous welding; the system’s adaptive performance in the welding of long welds of new energy vehicle battery boxes has become an important reference solution for parts manufacturers to optimize production line rhythm.

04 NewTFW cylindrical battery turret flying welding system: efficient production, enabling large-scale manufacturing
In response to the demand for mass production of cylindrical batteries,Newlas has broken through traditional processes and deeply integrated the scanning galvanometer flying welding with the turret transmission technology. Through the high-precision pulse encoder, the turntable movement is tracked in real time. Under complex working conditions such as high-speed start and stop, variable speed rotation, etc., the welding position is automatically calibrated and the galvanometer scanning path is adjusted synchronously to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the cylindrical battery tooling welding. The system supports modular expansion such as lens contamination monitoring and power closed-loop control, which significantly improves the stability of continuous production and enables the large-scale manufacturing of cylindrical batteries.

Explore the future of battery intelligence through technological innovation
As an important player in the field of power battery intelligent manufacturing, the multiple technologies displayed by Newlas this time directly hit the pain points of the industry, from micro-processes to macro-production lines, providing better solutions for battery intelligent manufacturing. The exhibition will last until May 17th. Welcome to visit booth 9T118 in Hall 9 to discuss technological innovation and industrial upgrading.
