Based on the rapid development of the automobile manufacturing industry and the high standard requirements for the welding quality of body-in-white, Newlaz develops 2D/3D on the fly welding subsystem, equipped with an independent control system and special industrial control software, including a welding standard library, which can provide a variety of welding process modes (circular, line,8-shaped, Z-shaped, infinite shape, etc.) to meet various processing application scenarios.

It can not only optimize the body structure design, reduce the length of the butt flange edge, achieve lightweight, and also ensure the welding speed.
