On September 18th, the event “Entering Great Wall – Advanced Manufacturing Innovation Technology Exchange Day” was successfully held at the Haval Technology Center of Great Wall Motors in Baoding, Hebei. It adopts independent optical design and multiple safety controls; through position triggering and real-time height compensation, the precision of the laser output position is guaranteed to reach 0.02mm. Equipped with a built-in welding process parameter library, it significantly reduces debugging time. Additionally, it features multiple safety strategies to effectively prevent misoperations, making it suitable for industrial welding scenarios that require high production cycles and high quality standards.

Innovative Processes: Achieving Stable Application Across Multiple Fields
The NewFO3 Laser Wire-Feed Brazing & Fusion Welding System is a high-end domestic laser welding equipment independently developed by Xinnashi Intelligent Technology. It features high-precision weld seam tracking capability, and integrates spot compensation and optional stirring functions, which effectively ensure the stability of spot size and process adaptability during the welding process.
This system is compatible with multiple processes including brazing and fusion welding, enabling low heat input and high-quality weld seams while effectively reducing workpiece deformation. With its excellent stability and comprehensive process support, it has been maturely applied in fields such as battery trays and automotive roof panels, and has become a representative of high-end domestic welding equipment.

Liu Gang, Solution Director and Process Expert of Xinnashi, delivered a keynote speech titled “Xinnashi Laser Spiral Welding Technology Promotes Quality Improvement, Efficiency Enhancement and Cost Reduction in New Energy Vehicle Manufacturing” at the event site.
He systematically expounded on the innovative application of laser 3D galvo flying spiral welding technology in the manufacturing of new energy vehicle body-in-white (BIW).
