NewOCT One-Stop Solution for Weld Penetration Detection

For new energy vehicle manufacturing, 100% full inspection of weld penetration is the core of welding quality. This solution enables real-time online measurement of weld penetration in laser flying welding, with a detection accuracy of ≤10% and an axial resolution of 0.02mm. It supports one-click switching of multiple process parameters, effectively avoiding misjudgment of defects such as cold welding, missing welding, and over-welding, achieving a 100% detection accuracy rate and significantly improving the product yield rate.

NewScan-3D One-Stop Solution for Galvo Flying Welding

Relying on breakthroughs in core localized technologies, the equipment cost has been reduced by over 30%, while it also features high-efficiency, high-precision, and high-reliability welding performance.

With independent optical design combined with multiple safety controls, and by virtue of position triggering and real-time height compensation technologies, the laser output position accuracy of ±0.02mm is achieved. The intelligent process parameter library significantly shortens the debugging cycle, and multiple safety strategies avoid the risk of misoperation.

This solution has been successfully applied to the key welding of body-in-white (BIW) and power batteries, with the welding speed increased by over 40% compared with traditional methods.

NewFO3 One-Stop Solution for Laser Wire-Feed Brazing & Fusion Welding

This high-end domestic laser welding equipment is independently developed by Xinnashi. It features high-precision weld seam tracking, automatic welding spot size compensation, and an optional stirring function, which effectively ensures welding stability.

The system is compatible with multiple processes including brazing and fusion welding, enabling low heat input and high-quality weld seams while effectively reducing workpiece deformation. It also boasts functional extensibility: it is suitable for any type of laser light source, easy to expand, and can be quickly integrated into an integrated system with external systems.
