1. LWD-NewCell welding penetration detection system
In the production and manufacturing process of power batteries, the battery shell, pole, explosion-proof valve, sealing nails, etc. involve welding and sealing processes, which are high-incidence factors for safety hazards such as battery leakage, short circuit, and open circuit. In response to the pain point of the lack of efficient quality detection methods for such precision welding processing in the market, Newlas launched the LWD-NewCell battery shell and cover component welding penetration detection system.

Difficulty in ensuring consistency can easily lead to cold welding. The battery adapter is the “bridge” for current transmission inside the battery cell. It needs to withstand alternating loads and vibration during battery transportation and use. The welding quality of both seriously affects the performance and safety of the battery pack. A complete welding quality detection solution is urgently needed to control the welding quality. For this reason, Newlas has launched the LWD-NewBus battery cell and module welding penetration detection system.

The welding quality of copper flat wires/copper bars directly determines the quality and performance of electric drive and electric control/motors, so the requirements for the welding quality of copper flat wires/copper bars are increasing. Based on this, Newlas has launched a special equipment, the LWD-NewECS electric drive and electric control and flat wire motor welding penetration detection system, which can quickly and accurately detect welding quality, and achieve a dual improvement in efficiency and quality.
